Description

Uses
Its flavoured and chewable formulation makes worming a treat for the dog and owner. Effective treatment for Hookworms, Whipworms, Tapeworms and Ascarids in a single dose.
Contains Pyrantel, Praziquantel and Oxtetel.

Dosage
Single oral administration
The recommended dose rate is 5mg pyrantel + 20mg oxantel + 5mg praziquantel per kg bodyweight. i.e. 1 Plerion5 Tabelt per 5kg or 1 Plerion10 tablet per 10kg per bodyweight according to the dosage scheme proposed in the table below.
The chewable tablets contain a flavour and are taken voluntarily by most dogs. The tablet can be given directly to the dog or with food.
Body weight of dog
5 - 10kg = 1 Tablet
11 - 20kg = 2 Tablets
21 - 30kg = 3 Tablets
31 - 40kg = 4 Tablets
41 - 50kg = 5 Tablets
51 - 60kg = 6 Tablets
61 - 70kg = 7 Tablets
To ensure correct dosage, bodyweight should be determined as accurately as possible.
Worm your dog every 3 months.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
Keep out of reach and sight of children
Store in the orginal container in order to protect from light.
This veternary medicinal product does not require any special temperature storage conditions.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
In rare occaions vomiting and diarrhoea may be observed following the treatment. Although not observed in studies performed with this product, anorexia may occur as it is a commond adverse effect of products contrian praziquantel.
